The workers on evening shift is in real. Don?t put on gloves are handle ice cream cones with a napkin at least when fixing... customer order?. That?s very unsanitary. We don?t know where they?re hands are. Very unprofessional. My order was cold so I sentit back. They re dropped it back in the grease and brought it back out. Poor service all together.. I have been to a good many BK and by far this one tops all of them. The inside was the cleanest I have ever seen all the way... even into that bathroom. The staff was amazing. The seats are pretty cool and nice and a great atmosphere. If I could I wouldsay 10 out of 10. Read more
They scamming the system have you waiting at the first pay window until your food is ready then they tell you to pull up to the... second window where your food is at so it makes them look like they are fast and then on top of that the food is not hot andfresh so i really am disappointed and will not be returning i can bbq a burger at home will be faster and fresher. Went for dinner and the parking lot was basically empty.Ordered food and waited and waited and waited... Finally someone came to... the window about 10 mins later and took the money from the person in front of us who had been waiting as well. They staff wasn'tfriendly barely spoke 2 words and was rude. They weren't busy just sitting around on their phones laughing and doing nothing...Sad to say this has a happened a few times at this location and its a bad look for BK. Place was a little busy but the manager lady dis good keeping the line going. Just my mom's fish sandwich was supposed to be... lite tartar sauce but it wasn't. Loved the layout and design of this location, unfortunately the service wasn't on the same level. I'm not sure if there weren't... enough employees on the clock or what was going on. It took at least 5 minutes from the time the person in front of me ordereduntil my order was finally taken. Lunch time on a Saturday and there was only one register open.
