The workers on evening shift is in real. Don?t put on gloves are handle ice cream cones with a napkin at least when fixing... customer order?. That?s very unsanitary. We don?t know where they?re hands are. Very unprofessional. My order was cold so I sentit back. They re dropped it back in the grease and brought it back out. Poor service all together.. They scamming the system have you waiting at the first pay window until your food is ready then they tell you to pull up to the... second window where your food is at so it makes them look like they are fast and then on top of that the food is not hot andfresh so i really am disappointed and will not be returning i can bbq a burger at home will be faster and fresher. Loved the layout and design of this location, unfortunately the service wasn't on the same level. I'm not sure if there weren't... enough employees on the clock or what was going on. It took at least 5 minutes from the time the person in front of me ordereduntil my order was finally taken. Lunch time on a Saturday and there was only one register open.
