Awful! Sitting in drive thru waiting to order. I am the only person and bern waiting 6 minutes. Another car pulls up on the... other side. Waits 3 minutes and is screaming for order to be taken. He decides to go to the window to order. He gets in front ofme. After 8 minutes order taken and still sitting behind guy. Tick tock....finally at the window and had to walk him throughwhat I ordered. Sitting in parking lot and very upset. Please work on this. McDonalds usually has the worst service. Thesepeople could not get hired there! Read more

They play entirely too much from no drink holders to not packing food correctly. I had to drive 13 miles just to get my order... corrected and by the time I got there I just wanted my money back. I say get rid of the packer since he/she can't pack orderscorrectly Read more
The food and service were good, however the drink machines were out of almost everything. They also didn't look as if they have... been cleaned in a hot minute. The store appears almost fully staffed of newer hires, but they are doing a good job. BK shouldprobably offer pay closer to Chickfila in order to keep the turnover rate lower. Read more
Drove up through the open lane and had to alert the worker doing their after hours closing clean up to get a response before I... drove around again to make a late night order. I saw other cars driving up and leaving. I only gave it two stars because theyactually took my order during working hours. It seems the workers are too burnt out to work the late night shift, so change yourhours to close earlier. Read more
I had some of the best customer service from here. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. There is a large indoor... playground for the kids and there is lots of seating around the playground that include large booths and other tables. Theatmosphere has that real modern look and feeling, especially the lights throughout. The food is always hot and delicious. Theyalso keep this place really clean. Best indoor playground in Columbus-size, attraction, and especially the parent seating. Good and responsive staff, accessible (a... red light conveniently at the entrance), excellent soda machine (above other fast food restaurants, more in line with what you?sfind at five guys). Highly recommend to parents of young children particularly during hot days of summer and cold weather, whenplaying outside is not an option. Just tried to order a Ghost Pepper Whopper meal, the cashier told me they don?t sell them anymore and asked if I heard them.... With that I drove off without a word and went to the BK on Veterans Parkway and ordered it with no issues. The employees at theBradley Park location are trash. Read more
