I came through drive through and not one customer in site, not one(now i see why). I waited 10 minutes on 3 sandwiches and a... kids meal(fries were warm but not hot). 1 sandwich was made wrong and the other one was not even in the bag. I try to call andNOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER!! I went through drive thru last night around 9:30 and my chicken was so old and dry after I specifically asked for my chicken to... be dropped. I don't understand why would they pull me up to just give me old food. Absolutely the WORST experience I had everhad with a fast food chain. Theres no way to call them because the number doesnt work. I love Arby's !! Normally it's so good and fresh . Me and my family really enjoy eating Arby's . The only time we eat out is at Arby's so greatly disappointed. Read more

I go by tonight at 10:15 and all the lights are off in the Drive-Thru and I sat there for a few minutes nobody came to take my... order so I'll pull around to the front door and that girl looks for dead at me and starts laughing with another co-worker.They're supposed to close at 11:00. There were two cars in front of me that did the same exact thing so I guess they don't needthe business. Read more
Not only were they 15 minutes late getting it to me inside, the middle of each burger was RAW ! Fries cold...didn't mind that... as much as RAW burgers. Only got to eat outside edges of burger...ugh ! Read more
Service was slow but friendly. The store seemed a little on the dirty side, but all restaurants seem that way since Covid... because businesses don't have enough employees which is a shame. Read more
