We enjoyed our hot dog, chicken sandwiches, and shakes. Oh and the tots were good too. We had to double back for our shake, but... they had them ready. The order board was not functional today making it a little harder to order, but got through it. Read more

Okay, this is an update to a review that I did on this place a couple of months ago, I did not think that it could get worse.... But it did. I sat for 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting for two drinks and a couple of other minor items. The junior sausageegg and cheese breakfast burrito was 3 times the size I remember them and had what seemed like a pound of onions on it. I'mallergic to onions. Thankfully I had my epi-pen with me. The gentleman at the drive-thru had no life in his voice whatsoever, hewas completely monotone and didn't try to upsell, didn't try anything to make it an even remotely enjoyable visit. I don't knowwhat they have going on for any kind of customer service training at all but, this type of service falls on the management andshould be addressed immediately. I've never left one of these before but, my experience was so poor that I can't help myself. All of the sides were terrible! ... When you can't at least get french fries right, there is a problem...the tater tots and onion rings were not that much better. The chicken sandwich tasted awful. The best thing was the shake. For 40$, I expected way better. I hate McDonald's, and thiswas worse than McD's! The service was great though. I can't take that away from them. Read more

I am generally a big fan of Sonic, and will admit that I was more than a little excited when I found that there was one near my... house, but this location has a long way to go in the customer service department. I do not think that the microphones areworking properly in their order stations as I usually have to yell my order, and they don?t seem to understand what a ?plain?sandwich is. Waited forever in the drive through just to get attitude from the worker, who eventually just stopped replying tome so I pulled away. The service is awful, but the food is generally pretty good. I will probably go back in the future, butalso acknowledge that I have chosen to go other places recently just to avoid having to interact with their staff. Read more

Possible due to heat,only drive thru. Couldn't really hear what the response were. Wait was so long!!. Drinks and malts brought... to vehicle. Her hair was in braids very long,not pulled back. Touch floor when she bent down. She did bring my card back but norecite. Food was horrible ????. A guy was at the window and asked me what I ordered. So there had to be problems happening. Hebrought my food or found my food. I was going to leave but I had already payed. Number of people inside,staff? My chickennuggets very dry, not hot,with BBQ sauces drizzle over chicken. Tater tots odd! Not hot and chewy. Gave to squirrels when gohome!! Not going there again!! Read more

I'm a huge fan of Sonic, the number of times I've had their food is in the 100s. I even drove 40 minutes to get Sonic when it... finally moved to the twin cities. So I mean it when I say I think it's time to start from scratch with this Sonic store. Itseems to be getting worse every month from a quality stand point. Issues I've Seen In Just My Last Three Visits: - Two kidsgrilled cheese that somehow have burnt cheese, yet aren't even toasted on the outside or even hot. We had to throw them out. - Missing a kids cheeseburger from a kids meal. - There ice cream machine has been down for almost 6 months at this point. WhenI think Sonic, I think shakes and desserts. - They had no milks for the kids meal. This store has been around for severalyears, I wouldn't expect these type of inventory issues. - I was given two other people's bills before someone else had to comeout and give me the right bill. This has happened more than once here. - Every time I go here I see one of two scenarios: -one person who looks to be trying to run the whole store by themselves - 7 people with 2-3 of them standing around, and a lot ofgoofing around. I'm all for this if the quality was good and they were fast, but that's not the case here. - I have triedcalling this store to resolve these issues and haven't been answered 5 times on 2 different days. It rings and no one answers,and there isn't a voicemail box to leave contact information and a small message. That's part of the reason after this reviewI'll be reaching out to Sonic's corporate. Keep in mind this is all in the last 3 times we went. I've seen other issues overthe years, but I've chalked it up to the occasional mistake, and never felt the need to voice it. Read more
