I love their chicken, drinks, and biscuits. They give seniors a 10% discount which helps me out. I'm grateful for their 2 pc ... meal for $6.00. I usually buy 2 or 3 per visit. I'll definitely be back. Read more

The first time my daughter picked up a take-out order for us, the biscuits were left out of the order. Ignoring the old saying,... "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me," we decided to give this KFC another chance. This time , the frieswere as hard as little bricks, with a texture similar to carboard. We threw them out. Additionally, while we got the mashedpotatoes we ordered, there was no gravy included in the order. I filled out a complaint form on the KFC website, and so far,have only been given the runaround. The chances we'll stop at a KFC ever again? Slim to none. Read more

Oh boy. Where do I begin? Been going here consistently once a week and getting served mad crazy food that shouldn't be allowed... to exist. I've always paid full price, never using coupons until my last experience. But this is generally what you're going toget: cold chicken sandwiches, the skin peeled like someone already ate your chicken, all while tasting stale and slathered intoo much mayo. Second, your in bone chicken, will not be served hot, again taste will be off and even fries taste strange. I'm just sick of the subpar experience here. So I tried going to Buffalo, MN where they have a KFC. Omg. The difference is justsickening. Hot, well prepared and mouth watering. Everything was fresh. And no wait, food was served in the drive throughinstead of waiting for it to be served to me as I wait out of the drive through lane. You guys in Fridley are just takingpeople's money and serving up unacceptable and cold food. Don't support this business please. Read more
Went here late night. The drive thru was fast. We got a 10 piece leg and thigh meal. We asked for crispy but got both crisp and... original. Kind of a bummer but they were busy. The slaw was good. All the food that was supposed to be hot was. Read more
I placed an order online tonight and after paying $63.70 the order was picked up but never delivered. The doordash driver stated... that he was told that the order was picked up by someone else. He was also told that they did not have enough chicken to make anew order it was a 12-piece meal. After contacting the store myself. I was told to give customer service. I later to that Iwill receive a refund within 72hrs. SMH This is not a good location to order from moving forward. I will place my orders atthe Blaine location. Thank you KFC Read more
