You can order online at this location but to pick it up you still need to sit in the drive through as the lobby is still... closed. This unfortunately means although your order is already ready to go, you end up trapped in line behind others who haveyet to order, and wait for their food to be prepared. There isn't anywhere to pull ahead and have someone run it out to youlike other places, and there also isn't room to leave if you decide you'd rather not wait. Read more
Not much good to say about this Jimmy John's. There's quite a few good Jimmy John's in the Twin Cities but this is not one of... them. Staff are routinely curt and off-putting with their interactions with customers. The lobby is closed so you have to getdrive thru or delivery. Granted, this store is short staffed and it's rough. But it doesn't excuse their behavior either. Irecommend avoiding this establishment. Read more
I'm not sure why I tried again, but I did. I ordered three sandwiches and three bags of chips. The intercom was very quiet, so... maybe that was the issue. Somebody messed up two sandwiches, and they only gave me two bags of chips. The lady that took myorder was incredibly kind. Read more
I have not come here or any other JJ's for a long time because I was so disgruntled due to their price increases (pre Covid)... and smaller portions as well. So I order a Hunters Club thru the drive thru, and the person helping me wasn't very on top of it.I asked them if they had horseradish sauce, and they said No, so I just said No Mayo. But when I got home, there was VERY LITTLElettuce on the sandwich, really SMALL tomatoes, cheese was sliced so thin you could hardly see it, and the amt. of beef was ok,but that is supposed to be a double portion anyway. You need to call a head to make sure they are open and serving. I went there last night (6:45 pm 9/21/22). When I pulled up to... order from the drive through and was told unless I was picking up an order that I had called in, they could not take myorder. Now with online ordering maybe the rules have changed, but a life time ago when I worked in retail, I was told my firstpriority was to the people that actually took the time to come in to the store. Just waited over 1.5 hours for a $20.00 sub. I am 5 mins from the store. The sub never did show up. Called to cancel and no... sympathy was given. I'm sure getting my card refunded will take a week. Never had a problem until today. Something is wrong with the staff up in there. Paid 10 dollars for a little John and they tried... to refuse to give me my chips and soda even tho the receipt clearly stated that I paid for the meal. Then after I start to showirritation and the tone of my voice changes, they try to use short staffing as a problem but there is a restaurant full ofpeople who work there. I will never go back to this location I am completely unsatisfied seriously. Never had a problem till today you can see who took my order on the bottom of the Receipt. I go to the store and get a sandwich... from them the lobby is closed because they are short staffed, that?s fine I proceed to go to the window, I give them my orderand once I pay for the sandwich I leave hungry as hell ready to eat and when I look at my receipt there?s a delivery fee?lame!!!!
