Horrible experience/ customer experience I ordered I bowl from this location. As I was ordering I started my ingredients and... asked for a side sour cream. The worker proceed to put a huge spoon full on my bowl. I told the worker that I asked for that onthe side, when he proceeded to get an attitude and tell me I didn't state a side. I told him yes I asked for it to be maidagain. The worker started to raise his voice and sits he would not when I asked for it on the bowl..... I know what I asked forand no, I said side. Order a bowl from here and when I got home to eat, the white rice was inedible! It taste like they poured a whole damn box of... salt into this. Way way way too much salt. I have never been so disgusted before. Edit: the steak was cut in huge chucks thatshould be about 5-6 bite size pieces. This location has gone down high very fast. Read more

Worst Chipotle that I have experienced. Time and time again I get the wrong meal delivered. They also cancel orders frequently.... Today I waited an hour and a half before the order was canceled that I ordered directly on the Chipotle website and NOT from a3rd party. 3 Door Dash employees went to pick up food and they were each told they didn't have my order even though I hadconfirmation from Chipotle through an email and a charge to mu credit card. I drove up there to find out what was going on. Theytold me I could go to the back of the line which had approximately 10 - 15 ppl in it to get my food made even after having hadwaited for an hour and a half at home for the delivery. When I ordered they said 20 to 25 minutes. I waited 3x the time theyanticipated. The manager wasn't very helpful. She kept telling me they didn't have the order. When I asked for a refund shestated they didn't have the order and therefore couldn't give me a refund. I showed them the email and she still wasn't helpful.Still continued to say I don't know what happened, but we don't have it. Highly unimpressed with the customer service. I feelbad for the dashers who used their own gas to get to the restaurant and never got compensation. I was also told that that is nottheir problem. Read more

I get they are busy, but dont sacrifice quality for time. The queso is chunky like it came straight out of a can, barely warm.... Ordered a bowl through the app, the sticker on the burrito said bowl, and there was crunch that felt like sand or bone, or maybeit just fell on the floor, idk. If youre going to have kids work there, please train them, everyone else, stay away. Chipotle?sfood quality in general is going down in this economy. Read more

I definitely paid 40 bucks for this?.I would have rather just let the dasher keep it! He was the only thing that was great about... this order! The lady in the store told me I was wasting her time when I asked why my order was taking an extra 45 min onlybecause it was for my kids. Then they sent my dasher to me with a bowl that looked like a dip because there was more guacamolethan anything else. I love chipotle?just not this one! Customer service was horrible, food was not done timely(most casesunderstandably) but it was cold like outside?all around unprofessional, rude. Read more
