Waited 15 minutes in drive through with 1 car in front of us. After about 10 minutes we pulled up to order. Woman said she?d... be right back to us. After 5 minutes without contact we left. My husband an I just waited about 40 minutes inside the store for food that wasn't even made. They forgot about us and then told... us it wasn't their store so they didn't know how it runs. Apparently this is their "rodeo king" literally looks smaller than a kids meal... is missing just about everything it was... supposed to have. Supposed to have 2 patties equaling out to half pound with bacon and other stuff. A small nail polish bottleis equivalent to the size. What a rip off. Will never eat here again. Straight theft. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The worst part was having our food made again ( not what we ordered and what we did was burnt) and... being talked to by a big guy who worked Saturday July 13th at 4pm who was clearly on something and acted like I was someteenager bothering him. It was my daughter's birthday!! I wish we would have just demanded our money back and left but I wastrying not to ruin our time. The pictures look good compared to what it really looks like in person. People behind us had tohave their food prepared again as well as we were walking out. The two young kids were the only ones working. The kid namedAnthony actually apologized and you could tell he was Embarrassed!! They all should be ashamed of the way that place is beingmanaged. Asked for pancakes. They were out of pancakes. Then asked for single sourdough bread breakfast sandwich. They were out and only... had doubles. Finally had to settle for French toast sticks. They should not have items on the menu that they do not serve, andshould be better prepared to serve the foods they are supposed to carry. Read more
Really confused by the dichotomy between reviews. I live around the corner and hit the drive through often - never been inside.... I?ve lived quite a few places and Burger King is Burger King, I don?t expect amazing food. That said employees have always beenworking hard and friendly in my experience. Never had a situation like these 1 star reviews talking about having to waitexcessive time, rude service or messed up orders and I?ve been here more than any of those reviewers. Seems to me like a localcompetitor is sabotaging them. I?m not even a burger king fan by any means but these reviews don?t match with my experiences toany degree and again as a local right around the corner I?ve have had plenty of experiences with them. Either this is competitorsabotage or y?all have some unrealistic expectations of Burger King. Read more
