I ordered A large chili and a baked potato with sour cream and chives and didn't get any butter or sour cream they forgot chili... so we backed up to get it and then get home to eat the chili and started choking on a BREAD TIE THAT WAS IN THE CHILI. Hands down, will never eat at this Wendy's again. Place is disgusting, refuse to cook any food THOROUGHLY, managers are rude and... despicable, employees are useless. Throw away the whole damn restaurant. Read more
This restaurant has some nice people. This particular Wendy's is disgusting. Front counter is always dirty and sticky, workers... skate around the kitchen on grease (improper cleaning), kitchen floor always has garbage or French fries on floor, bathroom is ano go. I've even seen the health inspector in there recently. If you really want this Wendy's I wish you good health. Read more
I went here on Tuesday 6/21/22 and had 8 in my group. The lobby was open, went in to order and sit down and was told we had to... order through the drive thru and then bring it inside. What? Raw chicken! Got a spicy chicken sandwich at about 10:15 pm. It was just one poor kid working both drive-thru windows and two... managers in the back. Took about 15 mins to get through, but we got our food and left. I didn't find out until later that thechicken was cooked only halfway through. We went back to talk to Ashley (the manager, who the kid had to ask repeatedly to cometo the window), but she wasn't interested in seeing the food, and denied it was even possible until I showed her a picture. Justsaid to call corporate, and didn't even have the number or a card. The other manager working didn't have it either. The cashierat least tried to rectify it with what limited compensation he could provide (free food - thanks, but no thanks). Goodexperiences until today, but an experience like this can shine light on the fact that this place is probably held together withpopsicle sticks and chewed gum. For the most part everything was fine until the manager got involved. As soon as the manager with red hair got involved they... were loud and obnoxious and I completely understand why this place is hiring because they can't keep a single employee with amanager as rude as her around. Not to mention they had run out of thick patties and decided to instead stack two and try to cookthem, with the result being an extremely pink burger. The third and final issue was a customer came in and stood there so longthat he just decided to up a leave. Hopefully this wendy's gets better soon but right now it's just not great at all. Now afterit was said and done they did replace the burger but I still feel the failures of this wendy's come from management yelling andberating their regular employees. Read more
Guy at front counter was filthy from his hat to his shoes! Disgusting! No greeting! Menu board says one price for chili, but... charged another, both sizes! Fries way over cooked, burned. Fries were left out of our order along with spoons to eat the chili.$5.29 half salad is a JOKE! The fork is larger than the salad. See pic! Diet Coke and Sprite Zero tasted terrible. They did ok getting our food out on time, but they really should delegate someone to clean the place. It was awfully dirty! When... I was younger and worked restaurant, they made sure someone was always out in the lobby wiping tables , cleaning windows, andmoping. You don't see any of this anymore.
