Great food Services Services okay but the food is great
I wanted brisket but they didn?t have any at noon. So I had to settle for pulled pork.. it was excellent, good smoke, moist... and flavorful. A little of the original sauce dressed it up nicely but was completely unnecessary. The sides were a littleweird though (but definitely a Small is not small by any stretch). The Mac and cheese tastes like it has old bay seasoning init, which is not for me (think lobster Mac and cheese taste without the lobster).. the bbq beans are good, although came outalmost boiling. So if you order them, be careful. But they taste good. All in it?s a solid place tucked away off highway 30. The cost is on par with average bbq or a little cheaper ($8 for a pulled pork sandwich, side and drink). And surprisingly theplace was not busy at all at lunch on a Thursday. The best Brisket around. You have to get the smoked mac-n-cheese... awesome! Great service. Well worth the price.
