Decided to give this Starbucks another visit. This time I got the dbl bacon, egg and cheddar, it was so much better than the... bacon,egg and gouda! We asked for the protein box with carrots and peas and the nastiest Reply I've ever heard at a drive-in through, one exception... being McDonald's, came on the mic and told my fiance...."um sir we have nothing on our menu with peas and carrots." How do Iknow your menu better than your employees. I don't go to Starbucks often because I don't have a large budget for eating outregardless the business however sometimes I like to have the egg bites and this time I wanted to try out the chickpea proteinBox which had carrots and peas. I didn't know the name of it but I knew from a distance what had to be in the Box. Nastyattitude was not something I was told came with the service. Always great service and super friendly. During COVID the drive-thru is packed. I think Columbia could support another Starbucks... purely based on volume! I usually skip the drive-thru, order on the mobile app, pop in and pick up my order. The staff alwaysnails my order and makes me feel at home. Read more

I go to the Starbucks inside of Kroger. I love the staff and they are so welcoming. I always order the same thing and the staff... knows my order by heart. There?s been times they were already making my order as I walked up. I appreciate them taking time toremember their customers and being observant. I was excited about the new one opening because of the drive thru but the staffthere is not as friendly. They tend to have an attitude. A friend of mine went to the new Starbucks and said the girl who tookhis order was really short with him and acted like she was wanting to hurry him through the line. I told him to go to the KrogerStarbucks because they have always treated me like family. Read more
The Starbucks we went to was inside Kroger, and it was neat, clean, and safe. Staff was knowledgeable and quite helpful. Staff... modified our order to perfection. The seating area was clean and not crowded. We would return to this Starbucks location. Read more

I had a $5 virtual gift card so I downloaded the Starbucks app in order to use the gift card and place my order in advance and... it was ready for me whenever I pulled up to the drive-thru. It was painless, and super simple. I picked what I wanted andeverything was made exactly like I requested. This particular Starbucks location is on top of things in every way. They are verypolite and always cheerful. I'm not a huge Starbucks Drinker because it's rather on the pricey side but it's definitely worththe extra price because of the quality of the service and the products. Update: I recently went here again with my husband andtwo sons and everything was just as enjoyable this time as it was the last time. We used the app to order this time and gotabsolutely epic drinks that were so tasty! We were exceptionally thrilled that they made everything exactly the way we orderedit because every drink that we ordered was super customized.
