This papa John's in Columbia Tn, is the worst ever. Starting with management, and customer service. Placed a order a few days... ago, and it was wrong. Called back to inform them. The manager could care less about fixing the issue. Spoke with someone ofhigher to resolve the issue. Went back 2 days later for the new order, and no one was in the lobby the pizza was ready, and theact as if he did not want to help. Please believe we will not be returning. Read more
Ordered for Delivery and it said 150 minutes...well we waited an hour anyway and the tracker still hadn't showed any progress so... I called and the employee unapologetically said it was still going to be 2 hours. So we canceled and ordered elsewhere so now weare going to be eating dinner after 9pm. I get no one in Columbia cares to show up for work and we have to be patient but 2 to 3hours for delivery is ridiculous. We will try them again in the future and I will update review. Read more
Definitely go somewhere else. Been waiting 2 hours for pizza, no change in the online tracker (still in the ?making? phase this... whole time), called the store several times with no one answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous service Read more
The food is very typically good and I do not have any complaints there. The problem is that they don?t line up their actual... hours with the service hours listed on the app. Several times now I have been able to place an order online and paid for it,only for it to be canceled a while later because they?re not actually open, despite the app saying they are and allowing me toorder and pay. I understand that everyone is short staffed. With that being said, I placed an order online around 7 pm. It let me know that I... would have to wait a little while for delivery. Around 8 pm I get a text from a random number saying as usual they gave yourorder to someone else. So I called to verify this. The girl that answered knew who I was and said oh we?re sorry. We willremake it and send it out. But I felt as this was their fault they should have offered a discount or even better a free pizzameans I am now waiting another hour. But all she said was ? would you like extra sauces. Ok whatever. This happened the lasttime I ordered also. I like papa johns pizza but they really need to work on customer service. Read more
The service here is lacking. We recently ordered several pizzas and they left one out of our order. We didn't realize it until... we arrived at home. We called and they said they would have it ready. When returning, they didn't make it and refused to refundus. This is the last time we buy from them. We vote with our dollars, and they will not receive our any longer. And the pizza isonly average as well. Read more
These guys always do a great job. I can trust my order will be correct, and the food will be hot and fresh. Update: Just... ordered a week ago, and they're still doing good. No wrong orders and pizza tastes great. Best Papa Johns in the area by far Read more
