Its an innocuous, out of the way place you'd probably never think to go in but do yourself a favor and go here. This may have... been the best ice cream I have ever had. The texture was so creamy and the flavors were incredibly vibrant. Their coconut icecream was a real showstopper for me and will be what I get next time I go. Even better the prices were great. It cost about athird to half of what Andy's cost and unlike Andy's it was so good I didn't care about the calories. Read more

We stopped in last Sunday while visiting family in the Columbia area. I was met by a clean and bright dining area and was... impressed to see the staff cleaning surfaces, especially the glass around the counter where you order. They were busy, buthelped us promptly with our orders despite our group being large, we also really had no clue as to what we wanted before we gotthere to order. If you've ever worked in food service especially, you know how fun it can be for service industry staff to waiton you to decide! So far all of my review has been on the outstanding staff and atmosphere, but I haven't even gotten to themost important part. The food! The elotes are amazing. As are the lime and strawberries and cream frozen bars. This isdefinitely a true mom and pop corner restaurant. A delicious dessert or snack! A little on the healthier side, with fruit and yogurt in their paletas (apparently means homemade... Mexican popsicle). I highly recommend! The multicolor one was called tropical and was one of my favorite! The yellow is mango. Read more
