Ordered the Thanksgiving meal for 10 people and was so excited but when we got it home it wasn't enough to feed maybe five. For... the money i paid for this i was very disappointed. I also ordered extra cornbread and a order of turnip greens. Got thecornbread but no turnip greens. This won't happen again. I've been on the phone with them for the past hour with no response. Best staff in any restaurant I?ve been too. Always so friendly, happy, and always there to please the customer from the greeting... to be seated, servers, and cashier. I stop every-time I go from Alabama to Vanderbilt. Today it was just so pleasant more thanever to stop there so I felt the need to show extra appreciation to your staff. 2nd time in a week getting takeout from this location . The first time my order was Brought out no less than 30 minutes late. I... called the store twice and walk in once while waiting. Tonight they were only eight minutes late but I missing part of the mealand the mashed potatoes are literally very firm and almost cold as if they?ve been sitting there all day. I got a BLT with bacon well done lettuce and tomato and two orders of the bake hash browns. Got my BLT sandwich bacon was... definitely not well done. The waitress felt sorry for me so she went back and got some well done bacon. So out of the two piecesand a half I had half of that that was well done and the other I just laid back down on the plate. Read more

You can usually always count on good food and good service but our visit the other day fell short on both. I noticed right away... several old menu favorites were gone. I guess they had to make room for the beer and wine selection. Our waitress was too busyvisiting with friends at another table to be concerned about anyone's order. Food took forever to come out. Food took 45 minutes to get to us. When it arrived, it was cold and not edible. Manager seemed to just walk around with an iPad... to watch tables and had no customer interaction. Server seemed overwhelmed likely due to no support. She never checked on usuntil handing us a bill. Would not recommend eating here. I had not been to a Cracker Barrel in years. Now I know why. Hospitality, wide selection Reasonable price. Great service! My California friends btw are over the MOON having Cracker Barrel... in LA. They always eat most meals at CB when they are in Music City and have told all their friends in Cali how great it is! Read more
