Went to the drive thru to receive my free Zak Snack meal that I earned via the app. (The staff was really understanding that... both my mother and I are disabled and were unable to go inside.) Though the line was long, it moved very quickly. When Ireceived my food, it was served with a smile. The food was perfect... Everything was piping hot as if it was just made. Came in to get my Cobb Salad (replaced) that was messed up actually 2 of them, husband and mine. No tomatoes or bacon on them. ... I called when this happened and spoke to manager. He told me that there would be a free salad. He put my name on a list justcome in when I was ready tell the manager on duty. So, I did. Eric greeted me and asked what Manager told me this. I did notremember his name but he told me he would put my name on list. Well I guess they don't have a list. Because Eric didn't gocheck. Basically, called me a liar to my face by saying he could not honor the request. Will contact corporate tomorrow. Zaxbys will no longer have my business. I'm not a homeless person I can afford to eat out. So I went to lizard thicket and bought my dinner there. Twice consecutively now I have ordered (through the app) the 20 piece family meal for my wife, kids, and I. Last time, instead... of four zax sauces, I was given 2. This time I ordered extra, given that 4 sauces is pretty light for 20 strips anyway. Iordered 4 extra on top of the 4 supposed to come with this family meal. I received 3 of my 8 sauces. This also happensregularly when I order other meals. I almost never receive the number of sauces I'm supposed to, or have paid for. At least thechicken is always good. Read more

We were on this side of town so, we placed a quick app order. Other customers were waiting for their food when we arrived and I... mentioned that we always order from the app. I also promoted the rewards. Then, we were informed that items we ordered wereunavailable. We had to ask about receiving refunds - it would have been more efficient if we had already received the the refundthrough a gift card. Unfortunately, we had to wait several minutes for the refunds to be issued. What was supposed to be a quickpickup took too long. Read more
