I ordered thru Uber eats my fries were cold and hard like they just serving fries that have been sitting all day. Didn?t get the... burger I ordered didn?t get neither of my drinks to my meals. When I called the MOD was sooo unprofessional. Told me I needed tocall Uber eats to get my money back. When my food got delivered even the driver said ?that?s what happens when a bunch ofteenagers are working and on the phone while playing around? I will be contacting corporate about this. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDTHIS PLACE AT ALL. To many young people playing and not working and the MODs doesn?t make it any better just awful andunprofessional Read more

The hamburger tasted charbroiled. It was hard to chew, let alone bite off. I didn't have much time to eat, so I ate it. The... fries were delicious. I have visited here before, and they have given me a smile on thier face and were quick. I believe I cameon an off day. They do serve a good meal, with a happy crew. Read more

Food has gotten better over time from what it was. The place is usually kept clean however I am always missing sauces with my... order. I'll have to go back to the counter and ask for them and usually with my drink cup as well. Every single time I'vevisited this is the usual, and I work near by so I regular this Wendy's. The ketchup dispenser is usually out too so it's 50/50.The male manager specifically always seems to have a attitude or care free mentality for everyone. Ordered around 5:05, and didn't receive our food until about 6:05. Although I had to remind the staff of our order 2 times after... ordering, they were very kind and apologetic. Not sure if some staff needed more training, but regardless the kindness and goodcustomer service was worth the wait. They were busy, and I try to be understanding. Ultimately, they did well, nothing but ahuman mistake. Thank you for the complimentary nuggets, and kind attitudes. Read more

I?m in the lobby at 3:30 pm to order food and the manager is locking the doors. What is wrong with this place? She doesn?t seem... at all concerned about the homeless guy chilling here with his backpack, maybe she knew him. The most revolting thing wasstanding there for minutes and no one acknowledged me. I placed a carryout order in the app. When I arrived at the store, the doors were locked (6pm on a Sunday). An employee saw me... and waived me around to the drive thru, despite me seeing my order on the counter. Mind you I walked to the store ON FOOT andhad to do the same outside. Read more

I truly want to thank the employees working on last Saturday. As someone who eats out regularly and all over the STATE, I... appreciate Excellent customer service. Yes, my small chil and Cheese was good but, the service was noticeable and surprising.After I placed my order, a young man. who appeared to be exhausted and was penniless, walked up and ordered a cup of water.They gave him the water without hesitation. (some places charge for a cup of water) I noticed him and asked what he wanted toeat. He indicated that he didn't have any money. So I told him I would pay for whatever he wanted. He ordered the 4 for 4. Theygraciously served him and he said he had just spent all his money on his last job. The Lady behind him started rejoicing and weall sent up praises. Made me feel great.
