Embarrassed my child and lied about it! my child went here for lunch paid for her food with a $50 dollar bill. while she was... waiting they told her they wouldn?t accept her $50! they said it?s not fake it just won?t read. They told her that i front ofeveryone THEY DID NOT give her the food or offer to give her the food. when I called back they said she can come back and getthe food! what! are you kidding me she will NEVER come back. fast forward the next day I got in touch with the District Managershe could care less after we both realized we caught the general manager in a lie all she had to say is what do you want me todo about it!!! I would not recommend this Wendy's to nobody. Went in an the lobby and drink area was trashy, tacky plus, unorganized. The drink... area in front the machine was disgusting. Excess soda in the mat and floor sticky. The silverware area was unorganized and stuffall on the counter. The staff was very poor with customer service. I order a take out meal and then got my baconator fries, as Iwas stirring through them, it was a strand of hair. They exchanged them but I will definitely not be eating here anymore. On 9/6/22 around 4:45pm, I told the front counter employee at this location that I couldn?t use their bathroom because it needed... serious attention. I wasn?t mean about it but her response was, ?I don?t clean bathrooms.? Neither did she bother to findsomeone who did. I used to work front counter at a Wendy?s so I know she?s responsible for cleaning the bathrooms. Judging bythe condition of the restaurant, it didn?t appear that a manager was there. The lobby was so nasty (messy condiment station anddining area/ wet floor that could?ve been easily mopped) that I couldn?t even eat there. So I took my food and left. I calledcorporate and was online for about 25 minutes before I hung up because they never addressed my call. Then I emailed them butthey didn?t respond to that either. Read more

Worst customer service experience ever. Took over 39 min to go through the drive thru. Girl came to take order twice only to... say I have to go and I then came back eventually. I pulled to second window to go be told in a very sassy way I past the paywindow. I advised the employee that there is a sign in the window that stated to not stop at that window. He said well I can?ttake payment. I asked him what he wanted me to do because at this point I would have had to back up in the car pool line to goback to the first window. He then said give me your card. Another guy brought it back to me. Some girl then just stuck herhand out to the window with the bag without saying a word. Employees were plentiful in this particular location. Lack of careand common courtesy. I called to address my complaints with the manager Lawanda Simmons and the phone rang 50 times with noanswer. I sure hope the owner of this Wendy?s addressed these problems. By the way I won?t be eating any of the food Ipurchased for fear that one of the employees did something to it. Taco salad with no meat or chips!!!! Asked for avocado to be added?.$1.30and no avocado. We got 6 biggie bags and no straws in... bags. I don?t know why they bother to ask whats the sauce for the nuggets like it makes a difference. Southwestern salad with notomatoes. Very disappointed! I usually don?t make reviews but Wendy?s WAS one of my family favorite fast food restaurants a bigfamily biggies bags help on a day out! If this was the first time I wouldn?t comment on this but it?s happening at differentlocations. Just received a Grubhub order from them. Had to get entire order refunded because there was a eyelash hair in one of the... burgers. Fries was not fresh & none of the food was hot. Driver was there for 15-20 minutes waiting to pick up order. Plus theburgers was made wrong ??????????? Read more

When I paid for my order I never received a receipt. When I was given my order they didn't listen when they were told 2 burgers... no pickles, 1 vanilla frosty and 1 vanilla/chocolate frosty mix. What I received was all 4 of my burgers with pickles and 2chocolate frosty's...the fries and nuggets were burnt and the lady almost forgot 1 of my drinks for my orders. There wasn't thatlong of a line and it was just after 11am....I won't ever go back to this Wendy's Read more
