I did a mobile order. Disappointed. The burgers looked & tasted like they had been sitting fir while. No fresh & juicy here.... The fries that are supposed to be now fresh, hot & crispy were not that at all. Very disappointed & will not be going backanytime soon. It was dinner time on a Friday evening & not busy so that should have been my first clue. Read more
Problems here: Crispy chicken BLT without the lettuce and tomato. Order taker rushes you and will not let you finish ordering.... People waiting for their food parked in drive thru so as to block patrons who just got their food at the window. Fries portionsizes not consistent...sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. Forgets dipping sauces though they do ask at the order area. Butthe rude employees are unbelievable. Especially the surly woman in the late morning working the window who will glare at youand not say a word. What a shame...this could be a good establishment if someone cared. Read more
One of the worse Wendy's around. Not unusual for drive theough staff to ignore you...good luck on getting what you ordered. And... if you do I'm pretty sure it looks like it qas just thrown together. 1st time and Last. No line inside. Seemed a bit dirty. Workers seemed not to want to be there. Some days I feel the same. The 1... star is the food was cold, I went inside!! Although it's a short drive back, I'm now wasting gas to go back. Mad I wasted money. Read more
Poor customer service on June 30 around 9:30am I walked in tried to order breakfast and the attendant gave me bad attitude and... she said "It's still breakfast you know" with a mean look so I said never mind we just walked out. Can't believe it too early inthe morning dealing with this???? by the way I noticed she was in charge of drive thru cause she had her headset!! Read more
This wendys is still one of the old faithfuls. It truly needs to be up graded. However that is one of its strong points. The... staff seems to be changing more rapidly. But the food is still good. Service is a little but its the new people. Read more
They will mess up your orders so if you want to add or remove toppings, forget it. Also don't expect any courtesy. But when you... see who's working then it all makes sense. Read more
