I love Wendy's its always so good. Its pretty cheap can't really complain.
This isn't a one time issue as its always the case when I order a salad from here however I spend more time removing bad soggy... lettuce and occasionally bad fruit. The only thing that's fresh is the chicken I feel. Read more
We waited 15 minutes at the intercom because the drive thru associate chose not to speak. We finally said aloud ?hello??? Before... getting a response. Took grandbabies for a much desired frosty today but was very disappointed. Asked what flavors were available and was told... chocolate and strawberry so they happily chose chocolate. However, they said it was the most disgusting thing they had ever hadbecause it was a chocolate frosty that tasted like a bad strawberry. I was shocked when they threw it away without even tryingto give a second chance. There no way they couldn't have know about this. I was really disappointed with my visit. The guy working in the drive thru was very impatient and actually told me what to... order. I asked him to hold because he's not listening to what I was ordering and he says something smart back. So when I get tothe window and he FINALLY comes to the window, I asked what did he say. He then says, he was talking to another employee.Anyway, onto the next thing. They give me our food but, my order was wrong. I told the guy that they gave me a cheeseburgerinstead of a double stack. He then tells me to pull up because they were going to make me another one. Ten minutes later anemployee comes out and ask what was I waiting on? So you tell me this whole time, nobody knew what they were doing or what I waswaiting for? I told her I got an cheeseburger instead of a double stack. She then questions me and asks, are you sure because Imade all of the burgers for your order? So I pull the burger out and showed her. She walks off without saying anything and goesback inside. She comes back out with a container that the cheese fries comes in and it has a single patty in it. She didn't eventhink to make another burger. I know you're probably like, why did I give 4 stars if all of this happened right? Well, this iswhy. So I called the restaurant because you cannot go in and asked to speak to the manager. I asked could she please come outand she said yes. She comes out and I explained to her what happened and she asked do want me to personally make you anotherburger? She asked would that be ok. I said if that's what you want to do, that's fine. I also told her that my food had gottencold and she said, I'll get you another burger, fries and nuggets. I said well, that's fine too.
