A good restaurant. Great food, the prices have risen a little but it's still a restaurant caliber burger in a fast food kinda... feel. Only wish the drive thru was faster, but all in all, a great place to eat. Read more
There is something wrong here because every time the drive-thru is just packed sitting there forever. I decided to give this... place one last chance because I needed to grab something fast going back and the line was not there except for one car. Waitedover 10 minutes! Drive thru line was horrendously long upon arrival so we parked and went in. There were only two ppl in line. The order taker... wasnt too familiar with the menu. That was a hiccup but she could definitely have overcome that with some customer serviceskills like listening, and asking questions when needed. Instead she argued with me when I asked for a biggie fry. She keptsaying " you mean a large or what" and then told me their menu never listed anything with "biggie" .sheesh Read more

Please tell me why I painstakingly took the time to order online and pay just to be told (5 minutes after being inside waiting... by the online order rack) that the food won't be made until I checked in?!?????....so I wasted time on the extremely slow siteto order and pay at 1:43 just to be told at 2:12 my food has not even been started yet? And to make matters worse the order waswrong. So to recap, my coworkers didn't get what they wanted/ordered and I wasted twice as much time away from work....cool. Read more

Went to this Wendy?s on Forest Dr around 3:40PM to beat the supper crowd. We went inside to order with one person ahead of us.... When our turn came, they said they were not taking any more inside orders until they finished with the drive throughs. Therewere cars in the drive through, but the line wasn?t even close to causing a traffic hazard. We went a mile down the road andenjoyed a Five Guys burger and fries. Sorry Dave Thomas! Might want to consider this if you exit off I-77 @ Exit 12 to stretchyour legs & get a meal. Read more
