I order my food inside because no one will ever pick up the phone using the number online. So after 23 minutes I ask how much... longer and the waitress told me that she forgot to put the order in. How can you forget to put in the order. It can?t get anyworse than that. Read more
It was very busy but they had enough servers and enough cooks so the wait time was minimal. The server helped me with making... the selection so she apparently was an experienced waitress. When I needed something, another waitress assisted her. Showed goodteam work. I got the $5 special of grits, egg, 1 sausage and toast plus .50 for onions. (reasonable price ) When I saw theticket, I was shocked the coffee was $2.25. That is almost 1/2 the price of the meal. But the meal was good. This was around11am on Sunday after Church. I noticed the greeter/waitress also did an excellent job of making sure large groups of customerswere seated at the open booths. No one was left unattended. Ample parking and lot was clean. Read more

I was craving a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns, the omelette had egg shells and the hash browns were RAW the... mushrooms, and onions were RAW!!! And they wonder why they don?t get tips!!!!! Read more
Had a call in order for two meal. First thing, when I got there, they couldn?t find the receipt and then told me that they... remembered the name and order but gave it out to someone else so I had to wait on them to remake my order. When I get home toeat, this is the quality of the waffles they gave me. One literally not cooked at all, you can tell by the doughy look and ittaste like batter. The other was the same. My family and I went to the Waffle House on Hard Scrabble Rd Saturday evening about 6:30pm. We frequent waffle houses often, but... came to this one as it was the only one serving Dine in. We walked in and all the employees were sitting at the table below withthe clothes and shoes. Every table was dirty. Either still having dishes or not been wiped. THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS. It was sodirty. We asked if they would please wipe a table off and they did after standing there a few more seconds. The waitress tookour drink order and came back with our drinks in styrofoam cups. No biggie. Our food came, but we still didn?t have silverware.By the time our plastic utensils came, the food was warmish, but we ate. Our drinks were never refilled, and the other tableswere still dirty when we left. The girl was on a FaceTime call as we checked out. Waffle houses are not known for being clean,but this was disgusting and the employees were just hanging out with their shoes off. 2 stars cause the food was okay. Never have I dine-in to eat I always place my orders To-Go and I always order in the morning around 8 or 9 a.m . They are ALWAYS... busy around this time so if you are placing a To-Go order you may experience a long wait time or may even have to call a fewtimes before actually speaking to someone. Besides that so far so good I've haven't had a problem with anything I've order. Thefood here always taste good always hot and ready when I pick it up.
