Very much enjoyed dinner there this evening. Great atmosphere, friendly service with just frequent enough check-ins. Clean... restroom, manager even checked in on us. I had the rustica, which had mild sauce & sausage & just enough cheese. My husband hadthe seafood risotto & they were not skimpy on the seafood. Apple crostata for dessert. Great for pecan lovers. Celebrated my BFF's 50th birthday and could not have been more pleased. Melissa was our server (highly recommend) and she was... very friendly and attentive. This was our first time dining at this restaurant on May 19. We were welcomed in, which was the only plus. The bread came out... hard as if it was cooked earlier and then microwaved, which we had to request new and the second order came out much better. Themain course we ordered was sausage and peppers rustica and mussels pernod . The food came to the table looking great expect themussels. The shells were shattered to little pieces and we were digging out slivers of shells from the pasta, worried if we weregonna accidentally swallow them. We requested a new plate as we should. The server brought it to the managers attention and hecomes to our table. Without apologizing for the inconvenience he goes on to say ?you have to understand mussels can be flaky?his exact words. My mother and I look at each other stunned as to why he thought that was the best description for whathappened. They cook up another dish separating the pasta from the mussels and the mussels came out better and NOT FLAKY as hewould call it. The icing on the cake was when they brought out the vacuum while the restaurant was open. Those who work in arestaurant know it?s not the electric vacuum but the commercial restaurant vacuum that is to be used before or after hours. Iwish I had more compliments to give but I don?t. Sad to say. They took the dish that had all of the broken shells on but thiswas all we had to show that we weren?t making it up. Read more

Great place! Travinia is one of those Italian restaurants that actually deliver! The restaurant has a welcoming environment,... the greeters are friendly and energetic. The food was amazing! Flavors meshed together on every plate we ordered. Dessertswere perfect and portions ideal to share. The only downside is their cappuccino... it wasn'tone, but I will not ding themsince finding an actual cappuccino in the states is incredibly rare. Highly recommend visiting. Read more

First visit at Travinia for Monday dinner . Chicken Marsala was delicious 5/5 and the pineapple cocktail was fine. Other family... members had Pack Ribeye and they said it was good but one plate was extra salty. Mahi was extremely salty and unbearable to eat.Our server was kind and gave us another plate of Mahi.
