If you want great prices for average food and unwelcoming environment, this is the place to go! Look forward to all the signs... that tell you what you can't do, no public bathrooms, don't reach over the counter, don't touch the cups. I'm so glad those arethere to remind me of what not to do at a place I don't work at. Portion size is perfect for the price you pay, but if you getthirsty, they won't provide a cup for water, they only sell bottled. The food tasted ok. We've been to plenty Asian restaurantsand gotten teriyaki or hibachi chicken, this was missing something with the flavor though. The place is decentlyclean. Hopefully you don't experience this, but the head person or manager was extremely condescending to her employee. Thepoor girl is probably new, but that is NO way to treat a person. Yelling at her while customers are present and then telling herwhat she's supposed to do in a nasty tone isn't going to teach anyone anything except bitterness. Probably why people don't eatin when we went there, most people that we saw take their food to go. I hope things improve here for everyone's sake. Read more
A staff member picked an egg roll that fell up and put it back into my plate, packaged it up, and handed it to me. I told her... that i caught her and asked why in the world she would do that, and she said the manager advised her to, i will never go toanother tokyo grill in my life. Read more
Ordered it for dinner and very sad excuse for hibachi. One of our dinner trays had a long hair in the rice. The other one I had... ordered chicken and steak and only came with chicken. The chicken was chewy as can be and had zero soy sauce on it. For theprices they charge I shouldn?t be receiving only part of my meal and this bad of quality of food. Read more
This place is taken over by new management. Seems like they're having a good team. Food was great when I had yesterday, coming... back for more today and got it packed up since I have to work this week. This is much easier for me since I don't have time tocook. Food is fresh, portion of veggies, makes me feel healthier. Open space for parking lot, surrounded by other restaurants aswell. You can eat here or take out. Make sure you leave tips for them! Seems to be ran by teenagers. Two girls behind the counter and they have friends that hang out nearby. The girl taking my... order had a hard time because she was cutting up and laughing with two boys that were obnoxiously talking and walking all overthe restaurant. So unprofessional! The food at this establishment is convinient and tastes greay, for when you need a hearty meal. Inside the decor is a red and... black theme with a modern touch. The young lady had my food ready to go when i walked in the door and the young man working inback was friendly and charismatic. Read more
