Its really disappointing when you can't get a suitable lunch because the place that you are ordering from cannot get your order... right to the point you are unable to eat it. I have ordered items off their menu that are vegetarian friendly specificallystating their is no meat only to have them come with meat. Not ONCE but TWICE IN A ROW. Went in around 1:30 PM no one in lobby. Person behind insisted I put my order through kiosk, no biggie I did. Only ordered... three items, about 6 people in restaurant working, took an employee 5 full minutes before they started prepping myorder. Cheesy bean and rice burrito had dry beans, extra that I ordered wasn?t even included but charged for, side order ofrice I ordered was undercooked and when talking to the person behind counter, as gain insisted the rice was properly cooked! Iget how all businesses are understaffed during this time, however when a person goes during slow hours and there are 6 plusemployees, you?d think the food would be a little speedy to prepare.
