This is the only Taco Bell I've been too that is quick, fresh and doesn't screw up my order
I wish I didn?t have to choose any stars because they don?t deserve any stars. First of all they serving cold fries then when I... gave them back they stated the fryer was down didn?t even inform me because who wants to spend money on cold food. Today I went to this place just to get two beef chuppah supreme. They gave me chicken. I notice the difference in the price so I... told the guy I ordered beef he said I heard chicken but politely said he would correct it. He said can you pull up while we fixit. So I pull up wait about five or ten minutes the young lady brings out my food. I get home it still two chicken supreme. NowI have been calling for thirty minutes but no one answered the phone. .There is also a difference in the price. What kind ofcustomer service is at this place. Everytime I get something from this Taco bell I ask for "No Sour cream" what do I get? Sour cream, receipt even says no sour... cream. So leads me to believe food is pre-made and sits, you get what you get. Been gone from this area for 3 years and am nowback, seems they still are terrible. Hope no one has food allergies. Read more

I checked my order prior to leaving an notices I was missing an item. When I brought this to the attention of the worker they... insisted that the item was in the bag or maybe the value box. After pulling everything out and painfully having to explain whatwas missing the employees still did not want to make the order whole. The employee did finally provide me with the missingitem and then rudely ?thanked? me for my patience and for coming in. Worst customer service I have ever received. Beyondthis the bathrooms and side doors were locked which is likely not allowed if people are in the building. the dining room lookedlike it hasn?t been cleaned in days.
