First of all, I was dining in and when I went to the counter, no one was there. The first person that walked up, was a man that... said no one was logged on to the cash registers but offered to help us put in our order at the kiosk which he did. That wasgreat. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, but then after that it took at least 10 minutes for us to get our food. I wasgetting very anxious and almost asked for the manager when we finally got the only thing we ordered which was a deluxe boxlunch. When we got it, it was sad. The french fries were tiny pieces and we're not hot. They were not fresh. The meal wasabsolutely not worth $10+. My lunch break is timed, so I don't have time for to wait. When I go to a fast food restaurant, Idon't expect to have to wait 10 minutes and I don't expect to have to put in my order at a kiosk instead of a person at theregister. The food and service was so bad that I will not be returning to this particular Taco Bell in the future. I would notadvise anyone else to either unless this situation is fixed. I've eaten at many Taco Bells in my time and this by far was anextremely poor experience. And sadly enough, I had to rush back to work without talking with management. Read more
