I called to ask 2 questions. I asked if they have a menu online, do you have breams and croakers. I tried to explain my reasons... for the questions, but I was cut off with him telling me they don't have a menu online and they do have the fish but they don'thave a menu for those 2 fishes. I really couldn't understand what he meant. So, before I could ask for more clarification, hesaid he had already explain his situation today, for me to call back when I decide what I want. He then hung up the phone in myface. Read more

The owner of this establishment has threatened black customers, made racist comments, and does not respect their black customers... in general. Support a black owned business instead and visit Palmetto Seafood Company. Read more

Always excellent food and reasonably priced. The lady is a sweetheart but the man is not kind at all. In fact he is rude. They... need to hire some help but the food and quality is worth the hassle. Read more

Very rude staff and owners. No need to call in ahead because food will not get started until present. Will take your payment and... then inform you that you still have to wait. Also food isn't season and cooked in very old grease. Read more

Today (06/24/2020) and in the future, I wanted to go to a Black Owned restaurant to get some fish. I noticed a fish place on... Beltline Blvd and went there; surely, this was Black Owned. When I went into the establishment it was then I realized it wasowned/runned by Chinese/Japanese proprietors. After the surprise wore off, I ordered catfish, french fries, and cole slaw for$8.99. During the time I waited for my order, I reflected on a previous experience on N. Main Street where the seafoodrestaurant was also runned/owned by Chinese/Japanese proprietors. The culinary experience was not a good one and the fish washorrible; but, I digress. After my food was prepared and ready, the person behind the counter showed me the contents for myapproval. I accepted the bag and drove home. When I sat down to eat the food, I was pleasantly surprised. The catfish wasstill hot and the taste was superb. The french fries was soft (the way I like them) and a golden brown. The cole slaw was notto my liking and the taste was not too good. I have tried a Black Owned Seafood Restaurant off Hardscrabble Road, but, I wasleft wanting better. I'll continue my search and will post my findings in the future. Read more

As you can see the food was great. A customer there suggested I get the red snapper so I tried it and I'm glad I did. It was... delicious. They charge a $1/lb fee to cook anything. So expect an extra fee on top of your price of food. It's a little hole inthe wall joint but it's good. I recommend it!! ENJOY!! Read more
