Every time we go grocery shopping at Walmart we go to this subway. We've never had any problems. There is one worker I don't... know her name, but she recognizes us every time we come in. Every time we need to go out and grab some take out, we come here. Read more

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I asking the extremely rude young lady with red... dreadlocks about cheese bread choices. She said she doesn?t know how to answer that question. Ok so I asked for a vegetable subon 6 inch on wheat. She is still mumbling about ?all these signs in here and asking her questions.? I walked out. She ruined itfor me going to anymore Subways. I know I should t judge them all by this but that really rubbed me the wrong way. Read more

The WORST customer service. The owner does not follow up when customers have issues ordering online for his location. Subway's... corporate customer service says it only takes a phone call from the store owner to have the online issues fixed. All aroundTERRIBLE customer service at this location. Read more

Okay so this is not my first time ordering for pick up, but this time kinda irritated me a bit. I ordered online wanting a... chicken bacon ranch salad with pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, black olives, onions, ranch, andguacamole. Now with working it?s easier for me to order online then pick it up within my half hour lunch so I don?t have to waitbut holy sh** I have all spinach no lettuce at all no pepper jack cheese and no bacon.. of course my lunch is over now and Icannot go back to have it fixed but sheesh what I wanted was printed on the receipt... I went to this Subway on Forest Drive because online and on the door it says they close at 9pm on Wednesday. I was at the door... at 800pm and the two staff members on the inside said they was closed. I drove a good bit out my way to get there, i even calledbefore i left home. If someone would ha e picked up the phone to tell me there closed wouldnt have went so far. Read more

Staff is unprofessional and could care less if you know it. I had a particularly terrible experience, so they knew it was me... that completed a Subway review about how horrible the service is. The ?manager? really outdid herself with snide snide remarksand dirty looks when I went back in...proving my point. Sometimes the drive through window is open, other times it?s not. I?mnot expecting Chik-Fil-A service but I do expect the ?adults? that work there to act like adults. Read more

This particular Subway is displays no concern for customers. There store hours posted says it opens at 7:00 A.M., but is never... open at 7:00 A.M. It usually does not until 15 minutes past the posted time. Does not display any type of customer service andis usually out of a food type concerning breakfast. I highly recommend that no one get breakfast from this Subway. Managementneeds to have better trained employees or employees that care about customer service. If I could rate 0 zero stars, I would.
