I Order The Footlong Ham With Chips & A Large Drink. The Other Subways I EatAt That Order Is A Little Over 11 Dollars, But Here That Same Order Is Over 13. Stopped by to pick up a doordash. Waited in line for 30 minutes minutes to be told they were out of a certain bread. Changed... bread type. Still in line an hour later. 3 people working up front. .. got here at 12pm it's 115pm Read more

Second time I've been here in as many weeks and both times I've received exceptional service!!! the place is clean, the meats... and veggies were covered until I placed my order, and all of the ladies work together like a well oiled machine! They all wearmasks, also wash their hands and change their gloves after each customer! I'll continue to be back! Keep up the great work,y'all! Read more

To whom it may concern: I'm an Assistant General Manager of a business who is a current partner of this particular Subway... (Sparkleberry Location) restaurant. We order subs from here all of the time for our after school/day camp programs. This morningaround 9:00 A.M. I tried to place a lunch order online for our campers to be picked up at 11:30 A.M. I was experiencing sometechnical difficulties with the app (the app will only let you order a certain amount of subs at a time) so I decided to givethem a call to try to finish placing the order. When I called I spoke with a store manager named Ashley who told me that ordersof this size would have to be placed 24 hours in advance. As long as we've been ordering here that information was neverexpressed to us before and we've never had an issue placing any order of this size prior to today's order. At this point, thephone conversation became difficult and I decided that I would complete what I could order online and that I would handle therest in person when I arrived to pick the order up. Myself and one of my staff went together to the restaurant to pick up andcomplete the order. We purposely arrived before 11:30 A.M. to allow ourselves the time to order the extra subs we needed to feedour kids their lunch for the day. Ashley (the store manager whom I spoke with on the phone) was actually the person fixing ourorder. While we were waiting she was rude, had developed a poor attitude, and the commentary that she expressed while fixing oursubs was both disrespectful to a loyal customer and very unprofessional. As a fellow manager of a business, there is a certaindecorum we must conduct regardless of how we feel in the moment. We set the standard and are the example for our fellowemployees and staff that we oversee. In her commentary she made it known and very clear that she didn't want to fix our subs andI distinctly remember her saying, " I wish I could just say no." What kind of management example is that? I love this restaurant is always extremely clean. I just left out of there without getting my order because I didn?t think the... workers was capable of working around food properly specially in the pandemic. The guy drop something & picked it up whilemaking my sub & he also took a customer sandwich to fix out of her hands because they left turkey off of it. I immediately left.I couldn?t eat any of the food the staff made. Read more
