Today November the 13th 2022 I walked into the subway it was really clean I got a sandwich I was able to get veggies on it... without being charged and a guy with tattoos on his arm served me today had a great attitude was not extra did his job and I wasable to get in and out with no complaints. I use to work at five different subways and have never told a customer they couldn?t add items to their sub lol I think that?s... just crazy. If you add veggies it?s extra!! ? Are you serious, that has to be the dumbest thing ever. Then you have to get thesun made the way it is. I don?t know who owns this subway but it?s ridiculous. The lady worker today was rude and had nocustomer service skills. She tries to move to fast. She even slammed the receipt on the the counter. I wouldn?t come back hereever again. Worse subway I?ve ever seen and experienced. I?m not even gonna eat the food because the place was dirty as I waswalking out I notice things I didn?t notice as I walked in. Read more
Went in to order All American Club and was told I couldn?t add the veggies I wanted aside from how it?s listed on the menu... without me being charged extra as a Build Your Own Sub paying for a extra meat and bacon. I left of course. I eat subway dailyand I have NEVER heard of this at any other franchise. I won?t be patronizing again. Read more
I stopped in here sunday 9/11/2022. First thing I noticed was the display case was FILTHY!. I mean dirty,dirty,dirty.. Then I... noticed the food was not covered sitting at room temperature. Subway on Taylor Street always have good customer service, and the everything is always fresh (Bread, Meat, veggies, cookies and... cheese). The dining area is always clean along with the restrooms specially for subway customers. Read more
The staff that did engage with me were friendly. The other was busy talking to his mom on a videocall behind the counter. I... could understand if it were an emergency or something important but it was literally just chit chatting. The vegetables andcheeses did not look fresh at all, and the meats were cross contaminated with dairy items. Paid 19.93 for a mind you I ordered a Tuna salad I gets a protein bowl calls the store ask for management she puts me on hold... for 8 minutes I tell her the issue she argue with me about a bowl that only have tuna spinach 2 pieces of onion I asked fortomatoes cheese peppers lettuce didn't get any of it ..then suggest I come up there again mind you I had it delivered due to mysurgery.
