Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC?s campus, the staff is always so warm,... welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area,while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me. Many of them seem to buildstrong connections with customers while simultaneously managing the constant rush of tired students and staff getting to class.They really do seem to always be on their A-game! Very good staff, the are very efficient at their jobs. Biggest down side is the wait time. It gets packed in between classes... making it difficult to get in and out in a timely manner. Read more
