It's like this Starbucks and the one in Sandhills are competing for worst store in the area. Terrible service, rude/lazy staff,... and unreliable products. They consistently screw up orders, act ignorant when you attempt to correct them, and are uneducated onStarbucks' policies. I understand the Kroger is probably scraping the bottom of the barrel when hiring employees for thislocation but if this is the best you have to offer, you're probably better off closing the shop and further investing in qualityimprovements and quality employees. Says it opens at 6am but that lazy and unprofessional lady barely arrived at 6:19 a.m. Not only that but ignored that I was... there. No greeting no I'll be with you in a moment. Looked like she was in her time of the month. They need to get rid of her4/22/22 Read more

Very unprofessional! I came with a few Other people. No greeting or anything. First Starbucks I?ve ever went to that the workers... looked like they hated their job! I?m waiting while for the woman to take my order while she?s talking to her coworker aboutwhatever! Didn?t ask if we wanted our receipts. While we are waiting for our drinks the two Ladies that?s working is talkingloud about personal things. So unprofessional. No thank you or anything. I will never come here again! This is Starbucks right??? I?m Standing there then the cashier Takes my order ... I said I want the first drink with coffee ....... She says ok and looked over and asked her co worker if they had vinti cups . I then order the second drink (it has coffee ) cashier looks me dead in my face and mumbles ?I?m sorry we don?t have any coffee filters today to make anything with coffee .Lol what??? Read more

The wait time at this location is terrible. The employees' customer service skills are very poor. The one who's supposed to take... orders & payment mumbles like a mumble rapper only worse. The lady making the coffee has longer fingernails than the Clawscast. She took entirely too much time trying to put lids on the cups. I finally had to tell her nevermind bc I had other errandsto do. I bought this cup last week from this store. I am very aware that I should have checked the merchandise before walking out of... the store, but I got excited because the Starbucks I work at had run out of these cups weeks ago and I wanted it!! When I gothome and went to wash it, I realized that it was cracked all the way around the top, inside. So much so that it rattles. It iscompletely unusable. Merchandise is supposed to be checked regularly and this should have been pulled off the shelf. (Pictureshave also been posted) Read more

I always have a positive experience with this group. I usually grab my Starbucks in the morning and the morning crew is always... an absolute pleasure. Because I have become a regular they are familiar with my usual drink and will ask me before I make myrequest. They move swiftly and the quality of my order is always best. Read more
