I waited 30 mins on 2 small blasts. Even after asking where my order was, nothing. I went through the drive thru and spoke with... the manager. My order was just sitting there so it was given to me immediately and I wasn?t charged. There was no one in anyother stalls the entire time I waited and I watched at least 8 cars roll through the drive thru. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of my burrito at this location. Even though the Sonic appeared to be... understaffed, the burrito looked good, tasted good, & was quickly delivered. It's a shame the Bojangles 2 miles away can'tfigure out how to do this. Read more
The Store Manager Brittney is highly unprofessional and lacks the ability to properly communicate to employees. I physically... observed her totally disrespect an employee and belittle the employee in a open forum whereas no employee should be talked downto or be labeled in any kind of manner by a Store Manager. I will never purchase from this location ever again. The customerservice is subpar and under staffed due to the unprofessionalism and character of the store manager. Simply disgraceful in myopinion.
