The staff are SPECTACULAR! Clean environment! Even the cook greater us and ensured that we were all satisfied! The burger was... great, it was just VERY, VERY THIN for the price. That's my only issue. Nevertheless, I would revisit just for the helpingcustomer service atmosphere alone! Read more
Came in to grab a quick meal for the road. Immediately after taking our order the guy behind the register "heads out back". 20... minutes later and the one guy in the kitchen has informed us twice "only 35 seconds longer". Around 22 minutes after ordering ayoung lady comes to the register from the back to take the order of a customer who's been waiting a few minutes. She seems outof sorts a little. About 1 minute later I smell the tell-tale smell of Marijuana, recently lit. A few minutes after the younglady came to the counter, the original guy who took our order and then immediately "went out back" appears back in the kitchento work. Finally, after literally 30 minutes of waiting we left with our food. I wanted to leave but we'd already paid over $30for the order. My son ended up being 15min late to his drum lessons at Columbia Arts Academy. When the young lady handed me myfood I looked her square in the eyes, definitely glossed over. Alexis was my cashier on 4/27/2022 at the Devine Street in Columbia, SC location. She was very knowledgeable about the menu... information and assisted me when I didn?t know what exactly kind of burger I wanted. All I had to do was tell her what I wantedon it. And she handled the rest. The Oreo shake she made me, was made with love. The food was presented very well when I dined-in. Anything I may have wanted was provided. This encounter was one of my best one?s compared to my previous visits. Jarredassisted as well, and he and Alexis work well as coworkers and also a team.
