On this past Monday night, 10 of our crew had food, drinks out on the patio, and smoked cigars. We usually pay for our tickets... separately. I covered some of the tickets for the sum of $384.88. Since I combined the tickets, I was charged a ? LargeParty/Auto Grat (18%) of $63.75. I take responsibility that I should have been more attentive and viewed this myself. I alwaystip 20% on my tickets. So I went into ?custom tip ?, and put in $40. The waitress never mentioned that a Large Party tip wasalready added. I ended up paying $103.75 tip. Next day went back and talked to a person, not knowing her position, she saidthere was nothing she could do about it! This was poor judgment for handling this situation, cause you always can do somethingabout anything. Since posting this on other platforms, I was told that this had happened to them also. This tells me that thereis no ethical directives from the owners of Seven, to direct, or correct this deception by their waitress. Celebrate my cousins 40th birthday there and everything was absolutely great ... Everybody was so helpful... Got food and drinks... in a timely manner ... Waitress was extremely nice ... It was most of our first time there but we'll def be back ! Read more
My steak was well cooked exactly how I love it as well as the garlic parmesan chicken wings (fried hard) the macaroni & cheese &... asparagus was delicious. They had my favorite drink Amaretto Sour ????its very hard to please me with this. This is the second time I?ve been to established and was unsatisfied both times. I couldn?t tell you how the drinks or food is... because I never made it that far. The first time I tried to hookah lounge to watch the women?s ncaa championship. The hookahswere $45 and you only get them for an hour which is unheard of in any hookah lounge I?ve ever been to. Honestly if the serviceor atmosphere was more welcoming I would of stayed and enjoyed the game. This time I went for Monday night football. Walked inand I believe the Oscar?s were on. Sat down at 8pm and multiple servers walked passed us for 15 mins. When the next personwalked passed I asked if where we chose to sit was closed. She said no but she thinks they are about to close since no one wasreally there. She then went and asked and was told they aren?t taking any food orders, just drinks and they are closing at 830,when according to their website they close at 12am. If they were closing early they should of stated that before we sat down,but we didn?t even receive a welcome or anything! Read more

I usually order take out, but I recently decided to dine in, it was an epic fail. The owner/manager is not big on customer... satisfaction. They won't last long without putting their customers experience as a priority.
