Great spot to grab quick Mexican. Staff is always friendly. Chicken seemed a bit dry but was still good. We will go back again.

I went to Salsarita's at 1033 Roberts Branch Pkwy with two friends, and we arrived 25 minutes before closing time. As a retail... veteran, I try hard not to be the guy that walks in at closing time and says, "I'm just looking." However, we were just gettingour food to go anyway, and it's a fast food restaurant with almost 30 minutes before closing. The manager had to unlock thedoor for us, and admonished us for coming so late, and made sure we knew it was only out of the kindness of her heart that wewere going to be allowed to order. She then made it a point to tell us that the dining room was closed at this time. Keep inmind this is a half hour before the time set by the company as closing time. We ordered our food, and they served it out ofcontainers that were no longer on the warmers, and which had cooled off considerably. On top of that, my two friends beganhaving stomach issues within minutes of eating their food. The manager literally stood behind me at the soda fountain, andbegan shutting it down before I had even moved away to grab a lid and straw. This was some of the worst customer service I'vereceived in a long time. The manager made us feel completely unwelcome, despite having every reason to expect service at thattime. I understand wanting to get off after a long day at work, but in the retail/restaurant business, that can't come at theexpense of a professional attitude and (at the very least) mediocre customer care. I will not be returning to this location,and would encourage other potential customers to avoid it as well. Read more

The food was decent, the chicken has a nice grill flavor. I got the chicken burrito bowl and it was to much food but great. ... The main reason for the 5 stars is the ONLY one working! She opened by herself and handled the customers perfectly. She wasvery friendly and did great. We need more people like her! Read more

I don't normally review chain restaurants, but I've been so impressed with this Salsarita's location that I felt I should. I... eat at this location whenever I come in to Columbia for work. The employees are always very attentive and friendly, and thefood is always prepared correctly. This is an excellently run location, and the managers here do a great job. Read more

This place has incredible service! I went here with my son today and what a pleasant experience compared to places like Moe?s... and Chipotle. For starters, everyone working there was so friendly and helpful, it?s nice to have ppl who are patient and canhelp you out with the menu if you have never been someplace before. The food is filling, it?s fresh, it?s quality! As we wereeating the guy working there (I think he?s the manager, this was 6/21/22 at 3pm) walked up to my table and asked us howeverything was and if there was anything we needed. It?s hard to get caring and helpful ppl like that anymore lately, someoneplease give that dude a raise and make sure he doesn?t leave! I ordered the veggie fajitas for my vegan husband and they are like the first place to get it right and not put dairy all over... it. Way beyond anything I expected. This is the freshest best presented dish we have gotten from any local Mexican restaurants. Read more

I like the food. It is a nice change from Chipolte. I like that they offer Nachos as a choice in addition to Burritos and... Burrito bowls. They also serve shrimp along with ground beef, chicken, and steak. I always get the Nachos. Read more
