I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. I was short one cent of the total, but the cashier was so nice and offered to spot me.... Very happy with her kind service and great attitude! The chicken sandwich had so much flavor, but it was partially dry andinedible. I wish I could give a better review, but it's a restaurant and food quality is super important. Also the restaurantitself just looks so bland and uninviting, maybe they should consult with an architect and come up with a modern look. It's fastfood, though, so not the biggest problem imo, more of a "nice to have"... Focus on consistent food quality and business will bebooming. Read more
Best burgers out of anyone period. The milkshakes are hands down the best also. 4 stars because the last time I ate there it was... disgusting plus they don't know how to cook fries. They under-cook them by at least a minute. They aren't crispy or crunchyplain soggy with no salt. Wish they would fix that. Update....I had to drop to 3 stars their fries are so disgusting they aren'tcooked long enough so they are completely soggy with oil and taste almost like a raw potatoe. They have the best chocolate shakeand burgers around but they serve Pepsi and nasty fries. 30 to 45 more second on the fries and they would be perfect. With thePepsi and fries they get 3 stars. I used to love the food at Rush's but my last experience has made me rethink ever going there again. The hamburger was gray and... tasted boiled, and the brownie sundae had just a dab of ice cream and that was it. It was over $14 and barely worth seven ofthat. Read more

We just moved to Columbia and this place was highly recommend by my husband's coworkers. I just left the drive thru. So far I... am disappointed. I ordered 2 chicken basket meals(wing and regular) . I asked if my sides could be fries instead of coleslaw andfries, I was told it could. When I received the food is was nowhere near being hot, it wasn't even warm and I had coleslaw afterI asked if it could be replaced with fries. The ladies seemed friendly which is why I gave 3 stars. Maybe I will go again at anearlier time, hopefully it will be different. As the food is now(almost cold) I am not a fan. Read more
Never going here again. Ordered a 2 piece chicken basket which was supposed to come with fries, cole slaw, and a roll. What I... got was two waaaay over cooked legs that I wouldn?t even feed to my dogs and nothing else. Totally forgot how big these burgers are! I ordered a double cheese burger add bacon. I was full before I got to half of it. My... only complaint is that I am a cheese fanatic and my double cheese only came with one slice. Outside of that the service was fastand friendly and the burger was huge and delicious. Read more
