I am in the garners ferry rd location and it smells like ghetto and struggle in here! I promise I am not being mean. How does a... restaurant not smell like food. I'm very concerned about that. The manager was holding his baby and there is a clear need forpre-hire assessments and leadership training. I truly believe all of the employees are family and I'm not using it in a "companyculture" kind of way. I waited 15 minutes to learn they didn't even have the food available that I ordered. I know restaurantsare hardest hit right now for proper staffing...but please, y'all are a whole brand...Do Better, please!! Read more

This location is getting much worse every time I stop here. Today I got a Grilled Chicken Caesar salad. Most of the lettuce was... white. The chicken was not cut up at all. And it looked as though they shook it with the dressing. There was no cheese oranything other than lettuce and chicken. It's sad because they were not busy at all. Probably just didn't want to work. I'm always disappointed SOMEHOW when I come here. But our bartender was a charmer! He's the nicest and the most attentive. It... was a whole reality show in there. You can't tell who works there because most are in regular clothes and got their kids atwork. Not to mention the salad bar is neglected because "momma got a date". The chef hooked up our wings too.
