I'd say 8/10. I got the spicy bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. The bacon is jalapeno smoked and the cheese has ghost pepper in it.... Definitely the right mix of spicy and flavor. The hash browns remind me of funeral potatoes, something different for breakfast. The biscuit is drier than I would prefer for it to be a "biscuit place." I'd go back to try the chicken and pimento cheese orone of the specials. Read more

Wow Wow Wow!!! This was probably the best chicken and biscuits I've eaten. The biscuit, or should I say butter butter... biscuit, had a good "crunch" on the top and fall apart goodness once you bite thru. Chicken was breast meat, nice coating ofsalt/pepper, andbspices cooked just right while being moist on the inside. Now I am not a grits aficionado, but they werereally good and the pimento cheese perfect amount of spice. Overall the atmosphere was light and open and the staff was superfriendly, curtious and alerted us to have daily specials Read more

Delicious. Cute biscuit bar/cafe in Cottontown. Showed up just before closing and they were really accommodating by letting us... order and hang out to eat inside. The biscuit, sausage, and spicy pimento cheese was straight bomb. Will def be back for that.Wasn?t sure what I was expecting when I ordered the bacon Mac n biscuit but was really good, just a little messy. Still greatthough. Hope to be back soon Read more

A very neat little spot on North Main Street that's doing something unique and doing it very well. They make amazing biscuits... and use quality ingredients in a great modern restaurant setting that feels like a little hideaway in Columbia. Came here andordered the fig and brie biscuit for $6 and loved it. The fig jam tasted great and wasn't too sweet, the brie was great, and thebiscuit itself was expectedly awesome. The people here are friendly, fast, and were kind enough to get the wifi password for meas well. That was nice. In general, a great spot (except it was a little cold in the restaurant). They also have nice outdoorseating. Read more

It was an honor to dine in here at Fat Cat Biscuits. Was served by Andrew and his staff as a first timer and it felt like home.... Nice climate control and spacious seating area. Got to sit at the window and continue to enjoy the experience. I?ll definitelybe back for the cinnamon rolls in the morning. Keep up the good work you guys. Read more

We got there roughly 1000am on sunday. It was busy and stayed busy the whole time we were there and it is very understandable... why. The food is amazing. The biscuits were a good size and the gravy on top was amazing. The cheesy hasbrowns were very goodand flavorful. The employee's were extremely welcoming and explained the different menu items. Even though it did getcrowded i would definitely go back and recommend this place for a good brunch. Read more
