I've been to this location (drive thru) every day for 3 weeks straight to try the new blackened chicken sandwich. Each day they... tell me that "they are out of it". I finally said, "when will you have them back in stock because I've been here everydayfor 3weeks now trying to get it?" The lady on the microphone said, "probably next year!" I then said, "Ma'am it would be nice ifyou'd put a sign on the blackened chicken item that says not available....just like you have on these dessert items" I went onto say, "I'd rather know BEFORE I get in this (one way out) line...and be forced to wait for nothing! I then mentioned....OH, isee why the 2 cars ahead of me never stopped at the window to pick up any food....they probablyalso wanted the blackened chickensandwich and once you told them that it was not available....they couldn't back up....but instead was forced to be stuck withthe traffic flow of this drive thru! I'm upset that the employees KNOW that that sandwich is not available and don't give thecustomer(s) a heads up until they're to far in the drive thru to pull off and go elsewhere....but instead are forced to sit andwaste time for nothing. Food is decent but the waiting in a drive thru is embarrassing long. Literally 20mins+...smh

Asked for white meat and received 2 wings and a back. Is the back considered white meat?

Visited for FAMILY DAY. We were not able to order because of LONG line and SLOW service. They should have been more prepared... for more customers due to family day. Read more

The food was good, but the area was a little dirty. Overall good eating.

Just expect your food to be not fresh during peak hours this was at12:47 they should rename this the soggy chiken sandwich. Save... your time and money for quality substance. Chick-fil-A will have my business from here on. Read more
