Very unkempt. A male that I took as a/the manager, very rough in appearance. There is absolutely NO positive vibes coming out of... here. No upbeat greeting of customers when they come in. There is a sense of unhappiness among the staff, almost get theimpression that they don't want to be there. Don't know if ownership is aware of the atmosphere at thus location. Read more
this location is joke, including the alleged manager Marcus, but then again every time I?ve gone here the manager is different... and so are the employees. He?s likely just a shift lead anyways. They will indeed mess up your order, refuse a refund, forcingyou to wait for a remake. I even offered the food back, was told to keep it, then when I walked back in for the remake wasexpected to go back to the car a 3rd time to retrieve the same pizza they told me to keep. After I refused to do so Iessentially left with money spent and no remake, and no edible food. If I didn?t value my freedom, Marcus wouldn?t have beenstanding when I left. It?s obvious he?s never held a position of authority therefore felt important and entitled. Lost alifelong customer over a $7 personal pan. The funny part is, he applied a credit to my phone number, and I technically couldhave just ordered right then and there for free, keeping the same incorrect pizza he begged for. There some slices of my pizza that was not done and was undercooked. The cinnamon rolls tasted old and nasty. I wouldn't... recommend them at all. The entire pizza was not done. Read more
I'm unsure of the other reviews but I have never had an issue that couldn't be fixed, each and everytime I order my food is... bomb???? so good!!! It's always hot fresh and fast service. I love my neighbor Pizza Hut. I will continue to order from BushRiver Rd location, thank you for great service and good food????????? Read more
Messed up the order then was basically Interrogated over the phone till the manager agreed to send the correct pizza to swap out... for the mistake. Was supposed to get an ultimate cheese pizza with double cheese. And it amounted to a little less than Chuckycheese quality with no chance of there being double cheese on it. Really disappointed considering it was a 3 hour processordering and receiving the pizzas we ordered. For a price that could easily be beaten elsewhere. Read more
The pizza dough was not fresh, it had no sauce on it. The pizza is usually really good.
