Very disappointing. I really enjoyed it last time (probably 7-8 years ago) but this visit was not good. The soda was not mixed... well and was very watery. The server was great and she tried another glass from the bar but it was only marginally better. Theburgers were awful. They were very dense and obviously had been frozen. They were a frankly nasty gray color and whatever partswe ate were really choked down. This was a very disappointing visit and really a waste of $50. Unfortunately, we will not begoing back. Food was mediocre. Service was awful. We waited for more than an hour and twenty minutes for our food. They were busy for 40-45... minutes then it really slowed down. I kept coming up with excuses telling my family :?they seem short staffed, maybe becausethey are busy? then the waitress came and said there was a shift change and they forgot about our order. We were getting up andready to leave when they brought the food.I won?t go back. No supervisor or manager seen at sight. No apology given except fromthe waitress who forgot to place our order. Normally, I would rate this place higher based on previous experience and it?s reputation. The food was great, however they were... out of A LOT of items from their drink menu (which in the past was a highlight). We received good service and enjoyed the friedoyster appetizer as well as two of the burgers with handmade fries. The bathroom was unkept and didn?t have soap. Hope to comeback at a better time! Meh?.in town to visit family thought I?d give it a try. Our server, Beth tried her best. The burger is very big but the texture... is very odd and just one slice of bacon? The chicken tenders were over cooked. I understand everyone is struggling-I don?tunderstand filling all the seats if there is not enough staff to fill orders and serve. Found this place on Pinterest and rerouted our trip to make a stop. Not impressed. Typical burger joint. Drink was made with way... too much margarita mix and although burger was fresh, fries had been from a previous batch. One thing that was annoying was Iattempted to pay with a $100 bill, and they did not have enough change. Luckily, I had brought in my card.
