Wow.. so we head to this side of town just to try this location. This was our first time and we were not disappointed. The food... was hot and the service was great. You can tell that they get busy so we were grateful the was only a little wait to gwt to thecounter. We will definitely be back! Read more

I came here yesterday and they only had one protein to choose from, so I left. Today I show up and I?m the only one in the drive... thru and had to wait at the speaker. The person talking on the speaker was whispering. Once I get to the window I then am toldthere is going to be a wait on my food, which is fine. But when my food gets brought out and I?m missing 2 of the 3 ITEMS Iordered and they were never rung up. Read more

I agree with the below listed reviews. We came through here at 7pm, 2 hours before closing only to be told the dining area was... closed. Why?? We then head through the drive thru and ask for Sesame chicken to be told they were out. I asked if they were outcompletely and they said they were out for tonight. Which means, they are too lazy to adequately prepare food. The owner ofthis restaurant needs to fire all management for allowing this type of service to consistently go unaddressed. What a shame. The dining room has been closed in this location for a long time and it is finally back open! My wife loves Panda Express and we... have been here a few times during the pandemic and not had great service. I have worked in the restaurant industry for a whileso I understand what goes on in restaurants and the burnout is real. There's also been some issues with not having the entreesthat we've wanted but we are understanding people. Things happen, you can either deal with it or go online and complain aboutit. I usually only go online to give good reviews and Panda Express hit it out of the park today. The food was fresh and yummyand the manager was very nice to my child. Gave him a juice and some apple chips and even a little panda toy on the house, madeour visit quite enjoyable! We will for sure be back because we just enjoy their food and now that the dining room is open wewill be dining in more often. Adjust your expectations, be thankful to have this as an option. These guys are doing the bestthey can and I think they're doing a great job! Read more

Every time we come here they are always out food and always have some lame excuse. Then the manager asks me not to take pictures... of their lack of food because he doesn't want to be put on blast for not adequately preparing for a Friday night. How do youclose your kitchen when you have more than an hour left before closing. I could see if this was a one-time event but this isevery time we come. I didn't even bother. Such poor management to always disappoint customers. Read more

I completed a pick up order for 6:45pm and still waited about 20 to 30 minutes. They had only 4 employees on the floor. Their... just ????. But the food was how and delicious although that is the reason for 4 stars. Read more
