My first time eating at this restaurant and my experience was great. I figured since I like Ramen Noodles from the grocery store... this shouldn’t be bad and I was right. I had the chicken and noodles with spicy sauce on the side I think it was number 8 andmy coworker had number 4. I also had the pork dumplings yummy! The food was very good and I highly recommend. I would add alittle salt to for my preference but honestly I enjoyed it without any salt. I did leave off the fish so I can’t tell you howit is with the fish included. The cashier was very nice and patient. The place was clean! I went about 1230 on a Sunday andthere was a steady consistent amount of customers dinning in and take out. We didn’t have to wait more than 5minutes to getour food. Overall I enjoyed myself and since my all around experience was great I’m giving a five out of five stars for thevisit! Read more

Went here for the first time today. Good prices, friendly service BUT as I started to drink my broth, there was a FLY IN MY... BOWL. I gave it to the cashier, who said she would text the manager, refund our ticket. After she heard from him, he wanted togive me a future free bowl. We refused that offer. She then returned with a refund of just my $9, not our whole order of $40,and an email address to contact the manager. I felt the cashier shouldn\'t have been put in the position to handle the situationand I told her that. I will not return, mainly because of how the situation was handled, management risked a bad review for a$40 ticket. Read more

Sooooo very excited to have a Menkoi closer to my house now! I\'ve always wanted to try their curry but since they were downtown... I didn\'t want to risk it and miss out on the Ramen. I finally tried it and it was sooo good! But, I had to go back thefollowing week and get a bowl of Ramen because, it\'s that good! The new location is very spacious and the staff is very sweet.They were also playing Japanese music which was really fun and exciting to hear some of my favorite songs play.
