I don?t really enjoy writing negative reviews but I feel like this is necessary. Service is absolutely horrible, incredibly slow... for absolutely no reason, and the workers barely do anything. I waited at the register for 25 minutes before any employee evercame to help me. I know it?s just a McDonald?s but come on the service was just bad. Came here for breakfast since I was working on a site nearby. I placed an order via the app for takeout. Waited for about 15-20... minutes only to find out, according to the staff, the order did not go through. Manager says there is nothing they can do, andthat's fine, machines don't always work 100%. Contacted McDonald's corporate, recieved an apology. A few days later I receivedan email from the manager Dwede Dennis claiming "I made several attempts to speak with you personally, but I was not successfulin reaching you," even though she said "we can't do anything on our end" in person at the time of the incident. Was hoping maybefor a refund from corporate or maybe some sort of compensation for poor service, but I feel that might be asking too much. Allin all, drive thru service is acceptable, but the dine-in service is way below what could be considered acceptable. I highlyrecommend only going here via drive thru and do not order via the app. You're more likely to get food and have it fast. Read more

Gervais Location today was a true Circus no type of organization and you had to order off of the phone . Thank God I've been... learning how to become savvy they weren't helpful at all and was looking at all of the people in the Restaurant like they didn'thave a care in the world ????. McDonald's have the worst customer service ever. They really need to get under the Supervision ofChick-fil-A. I was working today because of the closeness that was my reason for going there but I won't go again, when youasked them questions that acted as if you were being a bother. Whenever I'm in mood for McDonald's every now and then I must saythe Devine and Forest Drive location have customer service skills and cleaniness a must for me. Read more

Went thru the drive thru and wanted 3 mc chicken sandwiches. The employee said they dont carry those at that location. Okay,... then let me get 3 chicken sandwiches only . What's the dang difference. The menu picture looks like a MCCHICKEN to me?! She gaveme a total of $15. And change...for 3 chicken sandwiches? Not mc chicken. Not meals . Sandwiches only $ $16 dollers? Really? Not this day. I pulled out of the line and went elsewhere to eat . I was appalled and hangry and won't be going back to thatlocation . Read more

This location is hit or miss. sometimes service is fast and clean, other times they take a while and get the order wrong. It... doesn't help that the inside is closed and there is only one running drive through line. It's bearable. Read more

By far the worst Mc Donald?s I?ve ever had. The line took forever to go down. Get to the window got my food and I wondered how... it came out so fast and I drive five mins down the road the fried cold, burger cold, chicken sandwich cold. The freaking frieswere so rock hard. I tried to find at least one soft fry and literally none. To be honest, this is pathetic and disappointinghow they run that store. The workers really need some integrity. You are serving people cold food and that?s a huge problem. Isee why they have a 3.3 star rating. I would never ever take my business here again. They honestly need to shut this placedown.-0/10 recommend. . Completely trash the entire establishment. No one has any accountability seems like. I will be callinghead quarters tomorrow. The lady running the front register was too lazy to take my order and asked me to place on kiosk. When another guy 2 minutes... later had his order taken at the register. In addition they had messed up other customer orders. I heard people complaining.That items were missing. Lol I didn't the kiosk dinner in option and had to get my own order. Also this lady for some reason hasno issue taking orders at the register. SHe wasn't busy and on top of me getting my order Togo. She had me wait on a drink thatonly would have taken her a minute.
