I understand that it's Thanksgiving but that's no reason for bad service. We waited over an hour. The drive thru speakers... weren't working. When we got to the window the kid had a serious attitude problem. Not to mention she kept digging in her scalpand touching everything. Hair everywhere no cap. Than our fries were barely half full. Oh and didn't appreciate how she slammeda drink in my friends hand. Absolutely the worst. Read more
10/26 in drive thru for 15 min (7:30am) and still didn't get my order taken. Drove off along with other vehicles leaving. Worst... drive thru experience ever. And all I wanted was a cup of coffee and two hash browns! Better off going to the circle K gasstation up the road! If you don't want to run late for work in the morning, don't come here! Read more
Always happy when my Mcrib comes back to town. Stopped by this location while in Columbia to grab a quick bite. Service was... quick and friendly and the food came out correct and hot. We ate in and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. Read more
Extremely rude and disrespectful. Employees act as if they are paying for your order. Management really should be more... inquisitive of their employees and make better hiring decisions. I think that corporate SHOULD get involved and pay a visit tothe restaurant. I own a small business in Columbia SC and I would not even hire anyone on that shift to start my truck for me atthe end of the day. Read more
We were moving and stopped by the drive thru for a couple of drinks and one small fries. The line was long but it moved quickly.... The sodas were strong and the fries were okay although they had been dumped in the bag. Read more

The worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. Maybe the worst fast food I have ever been to, period. There are not enough words to... explain how bad this location is ran. We travel for a living and seen poor service but this was the worst. - We waited 25minutes in line for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. The bag was thrown at us and as we drove out of the drive thru, werealized not a single item in the bag was correct. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and the staff was moving at turtlespeed. No one spoke to us as we waited in front of the window for 15 minutes. Terrible. Read more
Being short on time I ran through this location's drive thru today around 12:30 p.m. and received excellent service! My order... was what I consider simple, but a special order. My food was hot, fresh, and CORRECT! Kudos to the staff today! 12/2/22 Read more
