The Waiting time when there is no ppl in the dinning room is 5 mins plus 15 mins to receive the food
Employee overcharged me for something I order often so I know exactly how much it's costs. I asked her why and she states that... had charged me in an incorrect way, so I asked her to fix it. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and yell to whoever needed toremove it somewhere else in the restaurant so I drove off. I've worked in restaurants for 18 years so I get it, but idk wheneveryone decided it's ok to be so rude all the time.. the burger king had some great food and nicer people. Read more
Absolute worst drive thru. Employees inside laughing and joking and all on cell phones. My order sat on counter a full 10... minutes before it was handed to me. And the order was not correct. I went through the drive-through window a truck in front of me order a big order I waiter 15 minutes for my order no reason why... they didn't have that truck to pull up to 1 park 1 & continue on the drive-through line it was backed up 5 cars deep Lot ofcars got out of the line and came around and was blowing the horn. I have currently been waiting in line for 20 minutes. The person came on the speaker and said, "hold on, we short staffed." And... took the people beside me order before mine. No one ever came back to the speaker. Read more
I went to get the BTS meal and I found a gum wrapper in my chicken nuggets. I cannot describe how disgusted I am and I'm really... concerned for my health right now? Subpar, even for mcdonalds standards. Inside closed with no sign, just get stared at when you knock. Left the drive through... after waiting 15 minutes with no movement in the line. To put it simple, avoid this one. Read more
