My family and I were going through the drive thru and trying to place our order when the man speaking to us on the headset... sighed very loudly in exasperation. I work in the food service industry and understand that sometimes the job gets frustratingbut I would never treat my customers like that. The drive through line took forever and the coffee was filled half way. Not pleased at all
Slow as molasses. Also, went in to get some bottles of water and it took around ten minutes for them to get them. They were not... that busy. I was the only one inside the restaurant and the drive through was t that busy. Sorry, but when you see peoplestanding around and they look over at you and don?t come over and take your order, and when they finally do and the. Take tenminutes to get something they can pull out of a fridge and hand to you in two seconds. Sorry, not the best McDonald?s around. Read more
The order was taken promptly at the drive thru. The young lady was nice at the first window. The young lady at the 2d window... needs some more customer service training. Didn't greet, smile, or say thank u, have a good day , nothing. Just passed the bagout the window. I said thank you & she looked at me with a cold stare. Service is so much better with a friendly ????. Nuggets& fries were cold & over cooked. Good manners and a friendly smile will open doors for you. Practice it. Read more

Sunday morning the doors were locked you could only do drive-through. There was a long line it took us a half hour to get it and...
