I didn't go to McDonald's. I went to the gas station next door. Gas pump was out of paper to print out my receipt so I went... inside, waited a long line to get the receipt, a lady at the register with a long nail replied " I don't do receipt," and walkedaway. The hours are wrong! It was closed at 330am. Its next to Loves truck stop/ gas station. Once inside I asked gs attendant at what... time does McDonald's open, she replied 6am... I was so upset, after driving for hours and taking a dark and eerie detour just toget there, to fond other closed was so upsetting. Read more
So the app had me order online. The restaurant was closed for a gas leak. The team in the restaurant were all sitting at a table... watching potential patrons circle around the door and drive thru looking in asking those we could see are they open. They allsat at just watched us. No signs stating they were closed or why. After about 10 min a little old woman got up came to the doorand explained they were closed. I should have read the comments before going her. Waited an hour for a mobile order and never god my food but yet they are so... quick to charge. Go in to tell them they say they never received my order. Was charged $57 for nothing but a headache.???????????? Read more

Sat at the lit up drive thru menu in the further lane, car beside me in other lane sat longer than I did (11:52 PM) Closing on... app says 24 hrs. At 11:59 someone finally came on and said they were closing in one minute. OK WHICH PART OF THAT COULD YOU NOTHAVE SAID BEFORE 7 minutes passed? And order was placed on the app. Plus there were 5 cars between both windows. Even if youadvertised closing at 12AM you take orders until 12. OTHERWISE SAY YOU CLOSE AT 11. Its FRIDAY NIGHT AND I AM 100% SURE they areopen typically. Read more

There is no one working here! The worst service you could ever get! We were here during the day at 2.30 and no one is working at... this location! What a waste of time! Avoid this location!
